Ken Kelley is an individual venture investor and mentor to biotech and medical device company entrepreneurs. Ken currently serves on the Boards of several biotech and medical device companies (EndoNav, Halozyme Therapeutics/ AMEX:HTI, MPEX Pharmaceuticals, and Solus Biosystems. He provides strategic advice to EndoVx, ForteBio, and others. Previously, he was the founder/CEO and Chairman of the Board at IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. which he took public in 2000 (Nasdaq: IBPI). Ken participated in the startup financing of over two dozen biotech and medical device companies while a General Partner at Latterell Venture Partners (LVP) and earlier as a Senior Associate at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP). He was also a consultant for McKinsey & Company and a scientist at Integrated Genetics (acquired by Genzyme). He has an MBA from Stanford and a BA in biochemical sciences from Harvard.
